Manufacturer accreditation, based on one or more official test reports, is granted following an audit of the manufacturer according to the manufacturer's standards. Periodic audits are conducted to verify ongoing compliance with the standards. For each unit manufactured, the manufacturer submits an individual technical conformity certificate application via the Datafrig application.

The applicable procedures for submitting an application for accreditation, the study of its admissibility, the evaluation and decision process and maintenance are defined by a regulation of the service: "Public service for issuing official certificates of conformity to the ATP Agreement" validated by the ministry in charge of the delegation and enforceable against all users (manufacturers, testing center, etc.).


Once authorized, a manufacturer can use the "authorized manufacturer" mark while respecting the rules of use defined contractually.

"Authorized manufacturer" brand
